Leddy Houser Associates are a small independently owned construction firm. The owners, Paul Leddy and Peter Houser have lived and worked in the South Portland area for over 25 years with a focus on high quality design and building projects.

 

We see this project as the standard of development in Knightville and for Portland/South Portland for years to come. We are attracted to the idea of using traditional and innovative design in a recycled, urban setting. 

 

With modern materials and new technology, we are able to create a comfortable, safe urban community on the water in Casco Bay . We envision Mill Cove Landing integrating into the existing close knit community and dovetailing with the progressive direction that is ahead for Knightville/Mill Creek.
